buying a cut away harness?

Has there been a cut away harness like the one Rodriguez uses released for sale yet? I have been looking forward to getting one for some time now. does anyone know the maker of Rodriquez's harness or is it just a modified production model? I have seen the link to the profly but it is not in English. I sent those guys an email and they told me they do not sell them. maybe I will have to use one of my BASE rigs some how to make my own. thanks for any help!
