yea, the subject musicrights is one of the most clomplicated...u should ask the band and the label before ur using the song. if the video isnt for commercial using its often no problem, but normally u even have to pay gema only for interner streamings, but who is doing that :)
just be careful and ask the band!!!

srry but i have to correct alex! temporary i put all out videos out off youtube because i ve to correct them (have to check the video"song" issues). just asked all the bands if we are allwowed to use their tracks, because some friends of mine had some real bad troubles concerning the music right etc.

It's a python script to download the flv movies of youtube , there are firefox's extensions to help you download other movies from a lot of sites too , see:

Yes, Tema is right! It's not really a MacTwist, but I can do proper ones :) It was one of my first attempts. The movement is ok, but ihas no energy. I will post more!
I'm sorry but i think this is not a McTwist. Just an excercise to practice the feel of it. To a real McTwist you have to enter from a wingover, or assymetric spiral, and start it right after the lowest point, then swing up paralell to horizont. This is a simple negative spin with some more energy.
