Bandala is a site best for acro its just 400km from delhi hight of bandala is 810m agl and a big lake( govind sagar) is wating for you bside landing point lake is rise in raniseason (july agust and till december some time january) good thermal activty u can reache above lake may be more than 1000m some time and its the main gateway of himachal if u wana reach bandala its just 140 km from chandighar on the chandighar manali highway and 130 km from bir-billing for flying site is open for whole the year but in summer it become bit hard for new pilots (only april to july).becoz of hi speed wind and thermic conditions
