Hi everyone
Could anybody tell me about the advantages and disadvantages of free/loose brakes?
Are there any problems/ dangers in any situation?
And any setup considerations?

Thanks for any advice

Trim, D's shrunk

I've had my Thriller for about 6 months and live in Hawaii so high humidity and sea breeze are the norm. After replacing some brake lines, I measured some lines, A's ok D's 2-2.5 cm short, it's been a bit slow coming up when light. Should I open the trimmers to compensate or try stretching them?
Thanks Joe

rolling or freestyle 2

Hi everyone

I am about to buy a freestyle glider, I have had a team 5 greenb S 25,5m(A)
I have learnt good high wingovers, asym Spiral and done 15 full stalls. I was in Iquique for two months and flew nearly every day.
I have a choice between a rr acro rolling 22m and a freestyle2 22m, same price. My naked weight is 78kg
Could anyone explain the difference between the gliders, and which one might be the better.
I want to learn SATs, loops and helicos first
Thanks Ivan

Skyline Buzzard

Hi,

For anyone having experience with this wing, would it be good for a beginner to safely learn acro? Maybe even thermal occasionally :)

Seems pretty hardcore for the small size, but maybe size 21 with 85kg all up weight should be fine? Their website says Beginner (<3 years acro experience).

I currently have around 100 total hours in about 2 years of flying, mostly on EN Bs but on some EN Cs also. Also did dozens of fullstalls, SATs and wingovers...

Thanks!
