paraglider landing at friend's apartment, twisters

Hurt my right arm training Mctwist the day before, frustrating because only just starting to make some auto twisters as confidence and feeling builds. Arm is so sore I did an emergency landing at my friend's apartment to borrow some Voltaren gel, happy about landing, in pain now.
