There is any news about Acrolac 2009. So i want to know if this will be FAI and if this will happening?
The pre-registration for DOWNTEAM challenge 2009 is OPEN.
This is three competitions in one. First its the Open Nordic Championships. It's also the Swedish Championships, and last it's a part of the Norwegian Cup.
All international are invited to join the comp as it's an open FAI cat2 event.
We also organize a fun comp called watertouch.

I proudly present the Norwegian Championship for Acro Paragliding held in the south of Norway at Bygland the 11th - 14 of june 2009
The Norwegian acro-pilot Ole Jørgen Løvland and his brother are organizing this competition wich is a CAT 2 event and will therefore give international ranking points.

Registration will be ready in the beginning of may.
Because of the finance crisis around the World, several international competitions have been cancelled due to lack of funding.
So, what should competing acro pilots do to keep their world ranking?
Go to the placed where they still organize comtetitions of coarse.
So the WEB update is all about giving information about the norwegian competitions to all the international pilots out there. The Norwegian Cup events as well as the Norwegian Championships are of coarse FAI cat2 events giving the pilots points for the FAI World Ranking.

Time to prepare the 2009 season ! But most of the events and competitions websites are not updated yet... So if anybody have some news, dates, or various informations about the events and competitions wich will take place in 2009, you're welcome to share them here !!

How can I get FAI points this spring, before the main 2009 World Acro Cup events...?
I want to join the competitions, hopefully qualify for one or two W.A.Cup events....
Can yout tell me the first Acro events in 2009 spring that allow beginners?
