Mac Twist

a short compilation of my fuckups at Downteam Acro Challenge in Åre Sweden. Enjoy!

The safe way into radical MacTwists. By following this technique, I was able to perform over 40 MacTwists in a row during this spring without a single cravat or twist.

My first real acro show in Romania.
