What are the differences between these gliders?

I'm looking for an Acro 3 harness. I'm 1.83m and 100kg which size L or XL? Someone is selling it at good price?

Just received my Freestyle 2, and I see it has trimmers on the rear risers.

Gradient supply no information on the correct use of the trimmers, so I am wondering two things.

Should the trimmers be set on fast or slow for acro?

Can I use full speed bar when the trimmers are already on fast?

1) Is it useful to mount them on a Freestyle wing such as FF3? What are the advantages compared to the ONE step model?
2) Are they avaible on a english website?
