New FAI Sporting code and 2018 comp format

Attention competition pilots! The new FAI Sporting Code S7B for aerobatic paragliding has been released! Quick summary of changes:

TECHNICAL CHANGES

In 2018 only one technical change is introduced.
Until last year the only manoeuvre allowed to be reversed was the Misty to heli (Misty reverse).
The reversed manoeuvre becomes now a new choreography bonus, like for twisted and flipped manoeuvres.
The manoeuvres performed reversed (max. 2 per run) will increase the choreography mark as follows:
Reversed Misty to Heli: +6%

The World Ranking is now updated with the result of the season's World Cup events (Vertigo Swiss Riviera, Paranoia). There is only one more APWC competition left this year, Acroaria in Italy, Omegna (14-17th August).

However the competition season has already began in July with Acrolac, the rules for paragliding aerobatics hasn't been published yet on the official websites.
Actually there are quite a lot of changes this year, like the difficulty coefficients of many maneuvers.

New WPRS formula

New World Paragliding Ranking System was accepted at the CIVL Plenary meeting in Talloire, France.

The new formula will serve Paragliding Accurary and Paragliding Aerobatics much better as they have been using the HG XC formulas, with the built in factors designed for HG competitions - stands in the explanation of the new formula which is taking effect since 1st of March 2007.
