Some days ago i tryed a wing without the pulley's. It felt really strange. What are the advantages of removing the pulleys? In wich cases is it usefull, maybe in helicopter?

Yep, mostly in helicopter. You have more control over, which part of the wing you are breaking. On some glider it can help to make cleaner entry to deep-stall. Obviously if you pull the break wide out, you will break the center more, and vice-versa.
