Dynamic stall

Hi all!
I need an advice for how to perform a dynamic stall exiting a SAT.
I'm now able to exit the SAT straignt and pendulum like, with a fair amount of energy.
I would like to brake it during the pendulum, let it assume the U shape and exit straight wituot backflyght.
I am able to do the first step but I "fall" always in a backflight and dive to exit.
Anyone can tell me how to "clean it up" ??
