Does anyone try to fly the advance impress 2 as an acro harness (with the windskirt ) ?
could it be a good compromise for those who cannot buy both an acro and a xc harness ?

A lot of people fly the Advance Progress here in France. I'm guessing the Impress has the same structure with the cross straps. The real beauty is that with modern acro wings, there is no need for radical weight shift and flying a diagonally braced harness really helps stabilize the body, especially for helico :-). Your only problem would be it having 1 rescue container...have you tried the supair acro3? although I don't like this harness, it is probably the most comfortable harness I have ever tried for both disciplines provided you don't fly XC with a pod.
