I am using normal carabiner personnaly, but it is only because I already threw the rescue and I know that if you know how to do it is super easy to get your glider back :) and also with a rogallo you can release only 1riser if you want but if your rogallo open with twist (wich usually happen ;)) it is much harder to untwist it if you released only 1 riser, it is easier to release both.
That's what I use normal carabiner because I hate letting my glider flying where it wants and I like to keep it with me, then you can just pack your rescue and take off again and you don't have to ge searching your glider somehere in the middle of the forest ;)
But is an 100% personnal choice and I know there are a lot of reason to use quickout :)
