Looking for reserve type "Rogallo" Vonblon Papillon or Beamer

Hello!

I am a sailor and looking for a reserve parachute, type "Rogallo"
Wo as an old one which is not in use anymore?

With some sailors we want to restart test as a traction kite on sailing yachts 9 @ 12 meters , 30 @ 40 feet.

Since 2005 the tests are stopped; but we think there is a future for this way of downwind sailing.

Because there are some modifications to make we do not want to start with a brandnew reserve parachute.
So are there paragliders who want to help sailors?
Let us know the cost of the parachute and the transport to Belgium...
