Is there any place (preferably in Europe) where one could train Acro over water on the second half on March or April?
If not, what about OluDeniz?

I usually go to Oludeniz during the last week of April. A lot of shops are still closed, but busses already drive up and never had more than 1 unflyable day in a week
If you go even earlier, there might be no busses. You could contact one of the companies over there (ex: skysports-turkey.com) and ask if they are already open
