You spin it only 90-120deg. Release, and it wil rotate to 180 by itself. Often overrotate a bit, so you must stop the rotation after 180 with a pump un the outside break.
Spin in in a pitch pendulum just before it is without energy on the way UP. Then spin it, control the rotation to 180. Dive. Arms up to allow a long dive end more energy. The climbimg, climbing. Wait. Mayby a little dab on both brake before you spin it 90deg on top again, alow it to rotate 180deg. Stop the rotation...dive... again...again....
Left, then right, then left.
That's "spinover" og "wingover negative". Guess "180 Backflash" is the same thing.
The manouver was used to get acrolicense in Norway for many years.
If you are able to do nice mistys then this trick should be no problem for you.
The easy way is to pull the brake like in mistY flip, but really late at low energy, so the glider won't be able to do the whole 360 turn. Controlling it by negativ breake for continiuing the spin and outer brake for stopping it. Important: after you have finnished your 180 -> hands up because the glider has to gain speed again and is in something like a parachutal stall even if it looks like flying.
