Wondering what muscles pilots have worked to increase rapid muscle strength for easier pull of brakes in misty flip and Mactwist - having trouble pulling misty with high brake pressure after 6 weeks stationary from injury.
Pullups or chinups?
Any weight workouts?
Is it Bicep or shoulder muslce used in misty?

Depends on the injury you have had, also part of reha should be Propriocepsis training with different rate of speed.
I guess I could pull mistys at 13y.o being pretty weak so it is not a muscle thing but only a mental stuff ! ;) If you want to stall it, you'll stall it !
