Yin and Yang

Hi Guys,

I would like to try a trick called yin and yang, at least that is what Enleau O'Connor calls it in his Broken Toe Acro DVD.
It is done by pulling asymmetrical deflation on one side of the wing and spinning the wing on the other.
I do have some acro experience like SAT,wing-overs,looping,asymmetrical spirals and I feel comfortable with full stalls, but for some reason I am hesitant to try this trick on my own over the dirt for the first time.
Does anybody have any experience with yin and yang trick, suggestions and input would be awesome.

Helico Morpheus 21

Hello,

I met you guys from acro team at St Hilaire while you were practising diabolo (once not flying).
I discussed wich glider i should buy,
Bought Morpheus 21, my weight 67, I wanted not too small to begin.

Very happy with it, very quick I learned great wings, looping, sat assym and even a misty in SIV course. But heli is very difficult. With my other glider, UP freestyle 23 I had less problems with it. (But The UP didn't went good in SAT).

HELI :
Slow down to come near to stall,
once he goes behind I'm comming up with breaks,

misti flip

Hi every body
Just a question about the misti flip...if you start a misti with a light turn (Morpheus 21) , when you start to pull the break, is it important to put your weight to the same side, or you just have to maintain the center position?? It seems that different kind of technique exist...
Thanks..

Wing over

I'm practicing wing overs. I think I don't have enough energy, I'm doing too high from the begining, the 3rd or the 4th turn is so high that I can't break the wing enough to hold it opened. Last time I've felt near the wing, I was about 60 degrees above it.
I weightshift after the highest point and pull the break hard on the lowest point. What can be my mistake? Maybe too much break input? Or not enough break on the outside?
I have a short film about my last action. I will put on youtube soon.
Thanx, Zoli
