Gradient Freestyle 3 or Icaro Aquila for learning Acro?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a freestyle wing to learn acro. (Already practiced Helicos on my old B-Wing, but for more dynamic things it's too slow).
Someone recommended the Gradient Freestyle 3 (20qm) to me, but others told me it's too dynamic to start with, so I also tested the Icaro Aquila (18qm), but found the lines rather short and I'm not sure how that works with the maneuvers...
Do you have recommendations?
I weigh 60kg and find it rather hard to find a suitible wing for a light weight pilot...
Thanks in advance!

Acro base harnesses - how many cut aways are they certified

I have a new ava sport acro base harness and I love it. I have done several intentional cut aways to get use to the system.
Being also a skydiver and base jumper I loved the feeling and did a couple cut aways just for fun too.
I have done about 12 so far.

Question: is there a limit on how many cut aways a harness is certified for? Or is is limitless like base and skydive harnesses permitted you have it regularly inspected.

Would appreciate some insight especially from the manufacturers.

Freestyle wing Octane 2 - which size to buy 22m or 25m

Hi guys
I have about 200hrs of flying on my Gin Atlas size M wing.

I am interested in doing some acro stuff. I recently done my SIV course where I learned SAT and practised to nail my wingovers. So as you can see I am a beginner in acro.

I really enjoy and therefore would like to buy a more designated wing for acro manouveres. I've heard that it is better to go first for a freestyle wing then later for acro wing. So my choice is a freestyle wing Ozone Octane 2.

Hard to Launch RR-Rolling?

Hi,

Sounds like a stupid question, but has somebody else problems to launch the Rolling.. or i'm the only one?^^

At first, I really like that wing! Easy to handle, helico works nice. Everything great... but when I have to launch with no wind or weak backwind i need some tries to get in the air...
