How to choose harness for paragliding? Can we use harness used in normal paragliding (not sure to call it freestyle!!) for ACRO or XC?
Basically, I want to know if with my current harness(Gradient Compact Paragliding Harness) can I do ACROs, or are there special harnesses for doing ACRO?

Hi,
for learning acro, every harness is able if the build is in good conditions. You can also fly with a 2nd rescue in front position, and also get the front buckles as large as possible.

No problem for basic acro (wingover, sat, heli, stall, misty)... but I would set it in more upright sitting position and open the chest strap all the way.
