Acro 3 accessories

I just got a Acro 3 harness and was hoping that somebody could help me figure what the two squared pieces of nylon that came with the harness is for. They are aprox 10 by 10 centimeters and have velcro on opposites sides which makes a tube when connected.

I think you can put them around your legstraps so when you tighten them the excessive parts dont hang in you way. I hope you know what I mean.

I figured out what the accessories mentioned in that thread was for, but there are also two other pieces that comes with the harness that confuses me.
