What size for acro 3 , 1,68m 60kg not matching the table size

Î'm looking to go on an acro3 harness but the table size is giving me trouble.
I'm 1,68 for 60kg. where should I go?

I'm 165cm/56kg and definitely prefer the small. The medium feels much too big for me at this size.
