Hi, a friend of mine was in Organya last week and told me about a fatal accident (on Friday 23 I think). Does anybody have more info to share? It seems that the victim was a french pilot, of very good level (infinity), flying a thriller. I understood he couldn't control a massive collapse and fell into his wing. What happened exactly, I don't know. My friend told me the conditions in the air suddenly changed because of a big Congestus and went very very ugly.

I hesitate between FreeWay 19.5 and Octane2(2013)20m2 to continue to progress.
Actualy I fly Hook2, 21 m2, with a total weight 55kg. I do w.o., sat, fullstall, and I work for heli.

Hello,

I need help and advices to continue my progression with a free-style glider.
I am 1.50 m and my weight is 42kg, I practise sat, wing-over, fullstall and I work for helico with a Hook2, 21m2.
I have tried FreeWay 19;5 but I find that it is a quite too big glider for me, anyway it is a very safe glider, I really hesitate because I had good sensation with it.

What about minus glider like Apus ou Susi or Awak for freestyle ?

What about Icaro Wildcat 18 ?

I'm heading to Organya tomorrow but I just want to check that the campsite is open? Their website has been down for weeks and I've been trying to call them for 2 days but nobody answers the phone? I'm worried that they might have closed down, is anybody staying there right now or does anybody know for sure that they're open?

Folks, I was checking with Xandi on the possibility of attending a course early August but he is not doing any. Would any one know of others offering SIV/acro course at Gerlitzen (in English) ?
