Is this acro book any good?
I was looking at this but I worry it's out of date. Does anybody have it? Is it still relevant?
Any topics related to paragliding, and acro flying.

I have a fishing boat with a 40hp outboard. It does 50km/hr with just me in it. Id imagine the speed would drop to 35 -40km/hr with an extra person and towing a glider.
Just wondering if anyone has tried towing with a smaller engine and how small
I'm part of a club that bought a boat/winch for acro runs over water. I'm psyched about this season. However, I'm getting mixed advice on life preservers/floatation.
1) Some guys say, "Get one of those slim/inflating life preservers, you hardly know it's there and you might be glad you have it."
2) Other guys say the inflating variety will wedge you in your harness and cause problems. Instead, they suggest a traditional semi-bulky life preserver.
I just found out that the season ticket price for paragliders in Gerlitzen has more than doubled :(
It´s now 386€, that´s more than 200€ more than last year!
There is a "light" version, that costs 186€ but which is hardly good for aerobatics training as you can only use the gondel twice per day.
In comparison, hikers only pay 74€ for the season card.

Hi everyone,
I am offering an SIV / Acro course in Oludeniz in May and October this year. The course will be fully tailored to suit all levels and kept to small group sizes so more time can be focused on each pilot. I am also offering private courses and online coaching for acro.

I googled and I can't seem to find an answer to this. What is the difference between freestyle and acro? I see wings advertised as one or the other but I don't quite understand where freestyle ends and acro begins.
Can you put it into words?
