Hi everyone! I like to know if somebody had an injury in your knee and how feel it now.

do people use a foot stirrup for acro or is it just personal preference. i usually just sit my feet on the speed bar or dangle them? i have the acro3 harness. thanks

I am curating all the paragliding books and DVD's etc on my site www.paraglidingbooks.com. Basically I am gathering anything relevant to freeflight in one place and I would like to make sure I am listing good books and DVD's related to ACRO.

Anyone have any suggestions on good books that are specifically focused toward ACRO I would be very grateful.

Hi guys Jimbo here, I am just new guy in this world of accro with 3 SIV and a little bit of accro training( wing overs, sat, 360, dynamic stall. I have just bought an Octane 2 and I am in Oludeniz for almost 3 weeks 9Oct to 26 Oct 2017) and I am looking for someone to help me progress the right way... lets say that my instructors in the pass have not all been the best which as a average pilot is ok but now I think I really need someone who really knows Accro.
