choosing the right harness

i currently fly a woody valley xpression m and find its alright for most of my flying but its too lively for learning acro.
so i picked up a second hand acro 3 L the older version but found it was to large.
i have test fly the acro 3 M latest model and found it was to small and are there any difference with the newer and older models in size.
i'm 186cm and 87kg
has anyone had much time with the new sol wasabi 2 ?

Orange ST risers not long enough

Does anybody know how I can lengthen the risers of the Orange ST Rogallo to make it fit into the AVA G2 Base? There are about 40cm missing so I can't connect the risers of the rogallo to the shoulder-hook-points of the Base-Harness.
I know that with the Acro3 the Orange ST-risers are also to short if you want to put it in the container on the right. So there must be plenty of people with the same problem.
Can somebody help me? Does anybody have some experience?
Best Wishes
