paragliding spin, i struggled to get it to back fly smoothly as i normally can. any advice would be appreciated. i can see an issue from the video, but a few experienced pilots ideas would help

Because you are messing with your hands up/down (one hand up, second down). If you would just keep them symmetrically down, it would fly backwards.
