Boaaa I never seen a frontal collapse like this...Wasn't this supposed to be a freestyler? :D

In my opinion, good control of the stall, but when the glider shoots out dynamically you need to STOP IT! You let the brakes go and do not touch them again while the wing is shooting it wiiiiiild! At the exit, remember: gentle pitch forward = be gentle on the brakes and let it fly. Heavy shoot forward = brake it like hard UNTIL it stops diving, then ease it up.
Good luck

Good advice from Steff and Max!!!
I think the entry is ok for a beginner, it could be a bit slower (hold min. velocity until the glider is stable THEN brake a little more to stall).
once you stalled and you hold the backfly position you are golden! Hold it as long as you like it.
To exit I would suggest you to release SLOWLY. And of course BRAKE the surge!

Actually I made a Stall tutorial, it could help you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6AobeAHpOs&t=2s&ab_channel=MaxMartini

Hi Michael,
I think the glider started flying without you moving your hands much, so my first advice would be, keep the brakes a bit lower as long as you want to stay in flyback. And, if the glider starts flying by itself (without you letting it fly), hit the brakes hard to stop it.
It is difficult to stop the shoot if it comes as a surprise; if you pull too late or too little, you may even make things worse by delaying the front stall, so hit the brakes real hard until the shoot stops. Watch the glider's ears... if they go from forward fold to normal, it is because the glider is picking up speed. If you see the horizon come up behind the canopy, it is probably already too late to stop the shoot. Watching the ears will give an earlier indication that the glider is starting to fly.
Just my thoughts... maybe it helps.
Safe flights!
Stefan

You are a little bit to late at the entry. You can go up with your hands earlier. That way the glider will stay inflated and not shoot backwards like this. And then you need to hold and control the glider a little bit more in the flyback and control the shooting! When you control the glider in the flyback a little bit more then you can find a better window to let the glider fly again. Seems like you let the glider exit the stall, when you are falling back under the wing - try to hold the flyback a little bit longer - and then break the shoot! There was no break at all when the glider was shooting! If you would have used your breaks for the shoot-nothing would have happened ;)
