1st scene
Glider: Aerodyne Dune „S” (Afnor performance)
Note: Inside shot of a Tumbling. Listen carefully the sound of the canopy, how it changes according to the control of the brake (the glider accelerates and slows down)! Read about this under the „Advanced technique”. The glider surges very dynamically at the exit.
2nd scene
Note: Taking speed by a short spiral and one asymmetric turn.
3th scene
Glider: Firebird F18 (18m2 acro glider)
Note: Inside shot. Pretty high Tumbling, but for the end of the second turn not much energy left and the lines loose the tension.
4th scene
Glider: Firebird F18 (18m2 acro glider)
Note: With acro gliders it’s possible to take enough speed for a nice Tumbling by only few turns. Look at the hands of the pilot and moment of the exit (braking the glider).
