Thanks for sharing, my first idea is that you should instantly learn not to hold on to the risers if you want to play with your paraglider. You loose all the important sensitivity you need to keep your glider open.

If you do this to easier weight-shift you should try to re-adjust your harness or get another one.

You can assist your hand by holding the riser with your pinkie in manouvers souch as helico but for the rest i strongly recommend you to let go.

If you look at the picture on the front of your video, your really holding onto the left riser and there is no feelings on that hand of brake-pressure.
