I didn't watch this test video but just wanted to know what are you guys all writing about to each other...
The only thing we all need to focus on with harnesses is safety. Since the stability of the acro3, structural design is pretty near perfect for flying acro but parachutes, parachute deployment and impact protection needs fresh ideas. We need to focus on what's needed. Imagine in the year 2020 we have light weight non explosive impact airbags or corrugated EPP foam protectors providing 10m/s protection and no-one gets hurt when things go wrong...
Go on a swing ( children's park device ), make half turn of twist, and now with your arms, aside the line ... what s happen now ?
Between 0° and 179°, the systeme is really effective, it s maybe two time harder to do a twist.
Try one time, after one test ( one helicopter, or one mac twist or ... ), you feel a real big difference. so in theory is true, and in reality it s amazing ! today i made lot of misty to heli, heli dynamic, and trippy ( sat to heli to sat to heli to ... ) with the bar, and it s so nice to feel the harness turn like the wing... the helicopter feel really easyer, and it s more safty ...
IMHO, this is not such a good way for radical negative moves.
It only decrease to twist possibility and If any twist happens, it'll be occured at high point that maybe pilot will not be able to reach and rotate himself. Anyway, that's just a theory.
very very nice ... I believe it has the same performance, but how is the feeling of the harness....? Is it influenced in any way, looks more rigid, of course, but is it pleaseant? All the best and respect, Colin.

let try it, and give me your feel back :-) !

Looks great!
The q is what are the dangers of it, if eny..
I'm doing the same on my rc paragliders, very efficient in all heli manoeuvers, decrease a lot the risk of tiwsts !
