Hello. I will be in Azores, São Miguel, between 13 and 28 August to participate in the Festival (which takes place between the 20th and 24th).
I am looking for other pilots to share the rent costs of a place to stay and/or a car.
Anyway, if you can indicate some good and cheap places, and worthwhile flight sites, I will appreciate it.

Where is the best place to go to practice Acro in the winter, Nov-Jan?
I usually take about 4 weeks off over the Christmas holiday and ideally I would like to go somewhere warm.
Any thoughts?
I'm based in the NW part of the United States. Instead of another Valle de Bravo/XC geared trip I'm considering a freestyle/beginner acro oriented trip for next winter. I would be looking at a 2 week block of time between December 2019 and the end of February 2020.
I'm probably most interested in information specific to central/south america.

I think I'm going to book flights to organya august 2019 to practise acro/ fly during winter in Australia. Would it be easy to just rock up and try find accommodation and hopefully find an instructor or like minded people to help. Can anyone recommend accommodation? Or can I camp for a month?
