The most detailed acro tutorial videos in paragliding history is now available at!
These videos will teach you the most elementary skills all pilots should master to avoid accidents and handle emergency situations with confidence! Are you a Cross Country pilot or an acro freak, or just want to prepare well for your SIV training: here is everything you need to learn to unleash the full potential of your flying abilities and become a safer pilot! An extensive knowledge base you need to know before starting to practice, followed by 10 maneuvers from beginner till advanced level.
A 4 hours long, full-on tutorial series for everybody who wants to become a better pilot!

90% of the maneuver tutorials were shot using an EN-B certified OZONE RUSH 4 paraglider flown on the top end of its certified weight-range. By this I would like to demonstrate the right way to learn aerobatics and promote a safe and intelligent progression. However at the end of each maneuver video there is a section to point out the main differences when flying that certain trick with a freestyle or acro wing.

I plan to publish some further episodes in the future. By purchasing ALL VIDEOS at once you will automatically gain access to the new videos (bonus features, new episodes) uploaded in the future.

Coming up next: German.

Master Acro is the summary of 15 years of paragliding experience. Born from the passion and dedication to the sport. I am sharing the knowledge I collected flying through half of my life. This project took me 4 years and thousands of working hours to create and it is ongoing. Please respect this and support it by purchasing these videos legally. Thank you!

Do not use these tutorial videos as a guideline to learn aerobatics maneuvers! These videos are only made for informative purposes. They does not meant to replace the regular paragliding training and courses! Be aware that aerobatics paragliding is an extremely dangerous activity! You can get seriously injured or killed. To minimize the risks you should only practice
- high over water,
- assisted by a rescue boat on the lake,
- wearing an automatic life jacket,
- only using equipment suitable to your skill level,
- after receiving the right training and preparation from a professional school,
- being under live radio supervision of a professional instructor. and Pál Takáts does not carry responsibility for any damage or injury happening during these activities!

All episodes contain a very high amount of information, presented at a very tight, fast speed! You need to pay good attention and still, you will need to repeat to watch and study the same video over and over again. In case of some, highly technical topic it will be necessary to have a certain amount of practical skills till you can fully understand and benefit from the instruction being said!
Never stop learning!

Hi guys,
Thanks a lot for the feedbacks!
Yes, I think chronologically the Misty Flip should be the next maneuver to come followed by Heli connections.
However first I will finish the editing of two more theoretical episodes that I have in line. These are already filmed but I got stuck editing them in the past.
Realistically I can get back into the production of new episodes after returning from Colombia next spring. For Misty Flip and SAT to Heli I already have quite some footage I can use but still need to shoot more for sure.
I am motivated to keep these coming but I don't want to promise/announce any deadlines because I badly failed to complete even my own expectations in the past (due to massive difficulties with certain stages of the production and lifestyle of course). They if it might come too late for you guys...but I'll do my best!

Thanks for the videos Pal, I can definately recommend them for any beginner. They´ve helped me a lot!

Could you add a video for the Misty and the McTwist?

Hey Pal,

congrats to the release of you Vids, i watched through all of them (bought the whole package) and really like the way you explain the tricks.
You wrote something about future eposiodes, i love to see an episode about tumbling as it is the trick i am not quite certain how to perform correctly.
(working on rhytmic, mctwist, misty, heli and connections right now)

Hi Kalman!
Thanks a lot. Well sorry for are surely not alone with this issue :) Actually most people who heard of this project years ago probably already passed this progression stage...However there would still be still tons of helpful information in there even for those who feel like they have mastered these tricks. If you like you can also try out the episode you would like to see the most by buying it on Vimeo. In case you then decide to buy them all, you can get a discount. Please also see the related question in the FAQ:
