Yes don’t interfere with three ring system. Keep it well clear from it. Remember Tandem and passenger died. The biggest ring (carabiner) got caught, when he used it.
The makeshift chest strap over the static line is kinda sketchy. I see it break away but then its no use as a chest strap when you are most likely to need it. Also, your hook knife is mounted on your chest strap and is likely much harder to locate or remove and use if needed. I had a friend sew on a chest strap below all the base gear. Easy fix.
I would suggest attaching your tow bridal to the harness not the riser. And to use line release brake's on your base canopy in case of line over problems. Don't throw away your cutaway handle.
