"Tower Hill" is good paragliding place in the State of Maharashtra, and is located very close to highway connecting Pune to Mumbai. This site is around 50 km from Pune and 100kms from Mumbai. This hill is located in Kamshet(670m above sea level), Pune district. The connectivity to this location is good, however, in order to reach to the top of the hill(900m above sea level, for take off) one has to use a vehicle or walk/climb all the way up.
There are couple of good paragliding schools in the vicinity of this site, which almost daily visit this site for paragliding. Flying in this site is done around September to April.
