A sea-side soaring site allowing for quick refills with decent but not incredible altitude over the box (4-500m, perhaps more on a strong day). When the conditions are good (17kph+), you can make many small runs per hour.

You need a steerable rescue to train here, and preferably a base system. There is no rescue boat (though possible to organize your own). There are calm parts of the sea in the area, but choosing the wrong place and the wrong time could put you into dangerous surf. Not far from the shore line is a road and power lines, with cliffs just behind it. You need to choose your box carefully to compensate for the high drift. This is not a good place to learn new tricks, but can be very good training for tricks you are comfortable with.

The nice thing about this site is that it is flyable year round. The most consistent time of year is Mar-Oct, but good training can be found intermittently year-round.

Ideal wind direction is NE, though N through E are possible. Ideally at least 17kph wind on the surface.
