Dos Hermanas

Takeoff is located on the top of the ridge, is around 500 meters wide and 300meters long. The ground is covered with small volcanic pebble stones. Therefore it is possible to do wagas if the wind is strong enough. Takeoff slightly above 1300meteres above ground and landing is located in the Frontera town at about 260 meters above ground. The air distance is around 5 kilometers and therefore the available altitude with a 17sqm glider is about 500-600 meters if a straight training flight is made. The spot is also fine for beginner pilot with a landing in Los Sargos on a long landing approach close the coast.
